A project manager needs to envision the entire project from start to finish.  He/she has to realize this as efficient as possible. It is therefore essential to be decisive  and to communicate a realistic vision. A successful project is a project that has been delivered within time, budget and when the deliverables are satisfactory for the client.
 
Flexible project management is a balance of hard and soft skills,, as you are depending on multiple stakeholders.
A win-win situation can be achieved when experts from different areas of expertise are actively communicating and working together from the start of the project.
 
To be effective, means that there should be a milestone based planning available that is constantly being monitored. The team needs to have a clear perspective of the end result.
 
As a manager I believe in an open culture were all team members can voice their opinion and concerns.  This reduces the risk of mistakes, saving both time and money.
